Our bank concentrates on large-volume lendings on commercially used or commercially operated, completed properties. We do not engage in retail business with one-off home-owners, i.e. in the financing of single-family houses and condominiums.

Typical features of a property financed by us are that it is highly marketable, is let in line with the prevailing market rent levels and has an encumberable capacity to repay principal. As a rule, it is located in West Germany or in the financial centres of Western Europe. Lending against special-purpose and management properties is not part of our core business.
